Pegasus Airlines (PC, Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen) restarted domestic operations on June 1, gradually increasing the network over the first few days to a total of 39 routes covering 29 destinations as of June 4.

"It has only been our flights, not us, which have stopped during this uncertain time, which has seemed to us like years rather than months. We have continued to receive delivery of our new aircraft, enhanced our processes, and prepared for the new period ahead. We have worked continuously for the days when we would be reunited with our guests. We are therefore delighted to have relaunched our domestic flights after this period of restrictions," Chief Executive Mehmet T. Nane said.

The Turkish low-cost carrier stopped operations on March 28, 2020.

Pegasus currently operates services out of its bases at Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen, Izmir Adnan Menderes, Adana, and Ankara Esenboga airports. The airline said it will seek to gradually further restore its domestic network and eventually also resume international flights.

According to the ch-aviation Commercial Aviation Aircraft Data module, Pegasus Airlines has taken deliveries of three A320-200N and two A321-200N since its suspension of flights in late March.
