ExecuJet Air Charter (EXD, Johannesburg Lanseria) has added a Cessna (single turboprop) Supervan 900 to cater to growing demand for access to remote, unprepared landing strips around South Africa. The Supervan is a variant of the standard 208B Grand Caravan but features a more powerful 850 hp Honeywell TPE331-12JR engine, installed by Texas Turbine.

“ExecuJet Africa are excited about adding a Cessna Supervan 900 to our fleet," ExecuJet Africa director of aviation services, Gavin Kiggen, told South Africa's Engineering News. "We anticipate it will be in very high demand, not only for mining operations but also for remote sightseeing and safari expeditions."

The Johannesburg-based passenger charter/ACMI subsidiary of Luxaviation (LXA, Luxembourg), ExecuJet also operates various Bell Helicopters, Eurocopter EC130s, Beech (twin turboprop) King Airs, Learjet 45s, Jetstream 41s, Cessna Citations, Bombardier Aerospace Challenger 300s, Hawker 4000s, and Global Express executive jets.
