Air New Zealand (NZ, Auckland International) has acquired a 5% stake in fellow New Zealand document compliance platform OneReg for an undisclosed amount.The flag carrier first began using the platform in October 2025 to meet compliance requirements across its engineering and maintenance divisions, and is now seeking wider implementation across operations and safety. The local flag carrier is OneReg's first major contract and first airline investor, although the firm previously raised capital from other investors.
