SkyWork Airlines (Bern) majority shareholder, Daniel Borer, says he would be keen to sell off his controlling stake in the carrier should suitable investors present themselves. "It's no secret that I want to sell my shares," Borer was quoted as saying by Austrian Aviation Net.

The news has been greeted with shock and surprise by the airline's management which has professed ignorance at Borer's intentions.

In addition, luxury watch maker Rolex has now expressed concern at the ongoing bad publicity associated with its name despite its relationship with Borer having ended in 2004 when Borer sold his stake in Rolex.

The Swiss press, the site reports, still refers to Borer's association with Rolex when mentioning news pertaining to the airline.
