Philippines' LEASCOR takes first SkyCourier 408

LEASCOR (Angeles City Clark International) has taken delivery of its first SkyCourier 408, RP-C6950 (msn unknown), becoming the type's first operator in the Philippines, according to a June 5 announcement from manufacturer Textron Aviation.
The aircraft is configured with 19 seats with an optional passenger-to-freighter conversion kit. It is powered by Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A engines.
LEASCOR is a wholly owned subsidiary of ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative and serves as the cooperative's air charter arm. The cooperative's membership includes active and retired members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and other uniformed personnel.
"The arrival of our first Cessna SkyCourier marks a defining moment for Leading Edge Air Services Corporation," said ACDI chairperson Maj. Gen. Gilbert S. Llanto (Ret). "It strengthens our ability to provide reliable air connectivity to communities that depend on consistent passenger and cargo service, particularly in remote areas."
As previously reported, LEASCOR disclosed in 2024 that it expected to take delivery of the aircraft in the second half of 2025 following certification of the type by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). At the time, Llanto said the SkyCourier would complement the carrier's existing fleet and support expansion into underserved markets.
LEASCOR operates two ATR72-500s, RP-C9421 (msn 931) and RP-C9962 (msn 962). The former has been in maintenance since October 2025, while the latter has been operating non-scheduled flights out of Angeles City Clark International to destinations such as San José McGuire, Cebu, and Bantayan Island.

Haven MRO, the Federal Aviation Administration Part 145-approved maintenance division of Haven Aviation Services Group, has opened a new facility at Rochester, NY.
“Rochester represents exactly the kind of market we built Haven ASG to serve,” said company founder and CEO Travis Lamance. The 14,500-square-foot (1,347-square-metre) facility can accommodate aircraft as large as the Challenger 600-series.
The Rochester facility marks Haven MRO's fourth location, after Amarillo Rick Husband International, where the company is headquartered, Green Bay, and Buffalo Niagara International. Haven ASG further includes executive jet charter and aircraft management specialist Haven Aero, and expanded into the fixed-base operation (FBO) sector in late 2025 with the launch of Haven FBO at Amarillo.
