Atran (V8, Moscow Vnukovo) is expected to take delivery of a first converted ex-China Xinhua Airlines (Beijing Capital) B737-400(F) freighter (MSN 28663) during the summer as part of its efforts to build up an express freight network in Russia under new ownership of Volga-Dnepr Airlines (VI, Ulyanovsk Vostochny).
