OLT Express Germany (Bremen Hans Koschnick) has signed a letter of intent with Contact Air (Stuttgart) about the planned acquisition of Contact Air by OLT. Contact currently operates six F100s for Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) and two Fokker 100s on behalf of Swiss (LX, Zurich). Lufthansa has however cancelled its wet-lease agreement from the end of October 2012 putting Contact Air's future in jeopardy. OLT and Contact Air combined would operate 10 Fokker 100s, four Saab 2000s and a single Saab 340A.
