bmi british midland (Nottingham East Midlands) will apparently continue to operate this winter season as not all traffic rights are expected to be transferred to British Airways (BA, London Heathrow) in time. As of right now, its flights to Almaty International, Amritsar, Baku Heydar Aliev International, Bishkek, Cairo International, Dammam, Yerevan, Freetown, Jeddah International, Khartoum (via Beirut), Riyadh, Tbilisi and Tehran Imam Khomeini are still planned to be operated with bmi flight numbers and A330-200s or A321-200s next winter. BA had previously planned to complete the integration of bmi by the end of October.
