Windjet (Catania) owner Nino Pulvirenti has announced plans to resume operations as early as December with a fleet of four A320-200s that would be based at Catania. Pulvirenti is said to have found two new investors including the regional government of Sicily that is expected to take a 5% stake in the low-cost carrier that has ceased operations on August 11.
