Kaneng Health Technology Group Co., Ltd., also known as Canature in English, has disclosed in its annual report that it owns a minority stake in Chinese business aviation specialist Astro Air (China) (Shenzhen).
The water purification specialist owns a 36.52% stake in the biotech firm, Yuaneng Group, which in turn holds a 15.61% stake in Astro Air through various subsidiaries. It did not disclose when it acquired the shares, but its 2022 annual report did not mention Astro Air.
Astro Air operates two Challenger 850s, one Gulfstream G450, one Hawker 900XP, and two Cirrus SR-22s.
