Spain-based private jet charter broker and aircraft management company Millennium Jet Management has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Bahrain's Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications for the establishment of an air operator certificate (AOC) in the Kingdom. Founder Oscar Martos Hidalgo aims to launch a regional operational base at Bahrain International.

Headquartered in Sevilla, Millenium Jet Management was established in 2022 and forms part of the Ocuri Investments group, a luxury holding active in sectors such as fashion, events, design, publishing, industrial development, and real estate.

In late 2024, Valo Aviation became the first and sole private jet charter specialist to secure a Bahraini AOC, initially with a G550 and later adding a Falcon 8X in mid-2025.
