Empire Aviation (MJE, Dubai International) will manage and operate a new executive jet hangar complex at Dubai World Central. The project, developed by Jet Park Investment, a subsidiary of the Tariq Al Futtaim investment group, will feature two hangars offering dedicated parking, ground logistics, parts handling, and light maintenance for both Empire Aviation's managed fleet and third-party operators.

This follows plans announced by Empire Aviation earlier this year for a new headquarters at the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at the DWC airport. The group holds air operator's certificates (AOCs) in the United Arab Emirates and San Marino and a non-scheduled operator's permit (NSOP) through an Indian affiliate.
