easyJet (London Luton) will acquire Slovenian maintenance, repair, and overhaul company Adria Tehnika, a subsidiary of Avia Prime, subject to regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to close in early 2026. Adria Tehnika owns a five-bay hangar at Ljubljana airport and easyJet said it would invest to expand the facility. The two companies renewed their strategic partnership with a five-year deal in 2021. easyJet said the acquisition was part of its strategy of bringing more maintenance capabilities in-house.
