Susi Air (SQS, Jakarta Halim) has been chartered by the West Java provincial government to facilitate disaster relief operations in West Sumatra, Indonesia, following recent floods and landslides. Governor Dedi Mulyadi told local media on December 2 that two Susi Air aircraft have been secured to ferry aid from Padang to harder-to-reach areas impacted by the disaster. The carrier, a specialist in serving remote Indonesian routes, operates a fleet primarily composed of Cessna (single turboprop) 208B Grand Caravans, alongside PC-6s and Let 410s, according to its website.
