above™ (Birmingham, GB) has completed the rebranding of Bournemouth-based Alto Aerospace, acquired in November, to Above Aero AOC Ltd, and is relocating the company to Birmingham, GB. The move follows the delivery of above™'s first aircraft, a 2010-built Phenom 100, D-IAAS (msn 50000132), which was ferried to London Stansted on December 3 to and is currently undergoing maintenance at Inflite The Jet Centre ahead of its reregistration in the United Kingdom and further certification requirements.

The very light jet is being inducted into above™'s AOC and is expected to be charter-ready by spring 2026.
