t'way Air (TW, Daegu) will receive full participation from its largest shareholder, Sono International, in a rights offering covering 26,850,000 ordinary shares allocated to existing shareholders. The subscription equals KRW25.6 billion won (USD17.2 million) and represents 34.9% of the 76,985,450 shares to be issued under the capital increase running March 11-12, 2026.

If fully subscribed, the offering will raise KRW73.3 billion (USD49.1 million). Any forfeited shares will be offered to the public. t'way Air plans to use the proceeds to introduce A330-900Ns, which are expected to arrive in 2026, and expand long-haul services to Europe, North America, and Australia. The capital increase also targets lower debt ratios and improved financial stability.
