Enter Air (E4, Warsaw Chopin) has filed a notification with the Polish competition authority (Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów - UOKiK) concerning the proposed acquisition of an 85% stake in Nekera, a local tour operator that was created in 2019 in the wake of the collapse of Thomas Cook Group and its Polish unit, Neckermann Polska. It will be the first tour operator directly owned by the leisure charter specialist.
