Titan Airways (ZT, London Stansted) is again fully owned by its original founder and current managing director Gene Wilson since the end of last year according to a statement published by the charter and ACMI operator. Wilson has completed a management buyout and has acquired the 22% stake in the carrier's parent Hagondale previously held by private equity company 3i.
