Heilongjiang Airlines (Harbin) is the proposed name of yet another new joint venture HNA Group controlling China's fourth largest carrier Hainan Airlines (HU, Haikou) plans to set-up in cooperation with local governments. The new carrier would be based at Harbin in the capital of China's most northern province Heilongjiang. HNA also plans to establish Fuzhou Airlines (FU, Fuzhou) and Urumqi Air (UQ, Urumqi) as similar joint ventures later this year.
