flydubai (FZ, Dubai International) passengers to Kuwait have begun using the VIP Sheikh Saad Al Abdallah General Aviation Terminal there amid USD6billion in upgrade works to the main terminal. flydubai started operating from the new location on Saturday, September 8. A new USD3billion terminal building will be added to the main airport. Kuwait's directorate general of civil aviation will spend another USD3 billion to widen runways and set up a new cargo facility, among other upgrades.
