West Air Luxembourg (Luxembourg) has been sold to FAST Logistics Luxembourg Sarl, the airline's parent, West Atlantic AB has confirmed. The agreement was facilitated by Barons Financial Services and came into effect on October 25. In preparation for the deal, West Atlantic AB transferred its operations to West Air Sweden (Gothenburg Landvetter) on August 1, thereby allowing the Group to consolidate its operations and lower costs. Founded in 2001, West Air Luxembourg mainly operates as a feeder carrier for express mail companies such as TNT, DHL, FedEx and UPS.
