Air Greenland (GL, Nuuk) is set to dispose of its fleet of three DHC-7-100s used on flights to Aasiaat, Ilulissat, Maniitsoq, Nuuk, Kulusuk, Narsarsuaq, and Sisimiut domestically.
FlightGlobal reports the Greenlandic national carrier has already begun advertising the three aircraft - OY-CBU (cn 20), OY-GRE (cn 106), and OY-GRF (cn 113) - for sale. One of the aircraft is available “immediately” with the other two following in the first quarter of 2015.
Air Greenland continues to operate a fleet of six DHC-8-200s and a Beech (twin turboprop) King Air 200 on domestic flights alongside some helicopters.
