Batik Air (ID, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) will commence international operations on August 14 with twice daily flights between Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta and Singapore Changi. In a statement, the carrier said the flights would operate on behalf of parent Lion Air (JT, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta).

Currently, Batik Air operates a fleet of twenty-eight aircraft including nine A320-200 (SL)s, thirteen B737-800s, and six B737-900(ER)s on flights to twenty-four destinations throughout Indonesia.
