Donghai Airlines (DZ, Shenzhen) has announced plans to significantly increase its operations to include international and long haul operations from its Shenzhen hub within the next five to eight years.

Donghai, which currently operates five B737-800s on domestic passenger services as well as five B737-300(F) freighters, aims to increase its fleet to 120 aircraft by 2025 including B787-9s for long haul services as well as additional B737-800s and B737MAX aircraft.

It currently only operates domestic services on the passenger side of its business with its cargo division also operating to Seoul Incheon, Osaka Kansai, Manila Ninoy Aquino International, Hanoi Noi Bai International and Phnom Penh according to WCARN.
