Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation (Harbin) has signed a firm order agreement with UAE-based firm FlyAVIA for fifteen Y12Es due for delivery in 2017.

The twinprops will be used primarily to develop the Russian air cargo market and engage in geological and hydrographic surveys.

FlyAVIA also specialises in MRO and after-sales aircraft support.
