Volare Airlines (Milan Malpensa) has been put up for sale again by the Italian authorities after the state council court has ruled that the sale process in 2006 did not follow with legally binding procedures. Air One (AP/Rome Fiumicino) had taken legal action back then against the decision to sell Volare to Alitalia (AZ/Rome Fiumicino) and has only now won the case.
