Jilin Airlines (Changchun) is a proposed new start-up being touted by the Jilin Provincial Government. The local bureaucracy intends to partner private firms in a bid to increase the north-eastern Chinese region's tourism and economic exposure. It also intends to lure more operators to the region's international airport at Changchun.
