SiLA-Avia (Magadan) has opened a base at Tomsk in the east of Western Siberia. According to an airport press release, using several An-28s, the carrier will begin rolling out a total of six weekly flights to each of Tyumen Roschino, Barnaul, and Novosibirsk over the coming weeks.

The services, which are subsidized by the federal and regional budgets, will increase during the upcoming summer season.

SiLA-Avia says it has designed its timetable for convenient connections to other flights from Tolmachevo including: Ufa, Nizhnevartovsk, Ekaterinburg, Yakutsk, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk Novy, Beijing Capital, and Moscow.
