Air Juan Aviation (AO, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) president John Gutierrez has confirmed the Filipino air taxi and scheduled operator is planning to acquire ten aircraft over the next five years as part of its fleet renewal plans.

According to the Manila Standard, Gutierrez told a media gathering last week that Air Juan aims to double its capacity through 2022.

Air Juan operates six Cessna Grand Caravan seaplanes, four Cessna (single turboprop) Grand Caravan 208EXs, and two Bell helicopters on flights connecting Baler, Caticlan, Busuanga, Puerto Galera, Marinduque, Subic Bay, Busuanga, Iloilo, San Vicente (Palawan), Cebu and its surrounding islands. The added capacity will be used to expand Air Juan's coverage to encompass the entire Philippine archipelago by 2022, the president added.
