Red Wings Airlines (WZ, Moscow Domodedovo) will lease six A220-300s from GTLK - State Transport Leasing, councillor to the general director Nikolay Dadonov has told Russia's ATO.ru news. Deliveries are scheduled for 2019.

According to the report, the six jets were originally ordered by Ilyushin Finance from Bombardier Aerospace only to be ceded to GTLK. And although they will be operated by Red Wings, the CS300s will be deployed across a network formed with partner carrier, Nordavia (Arkhangelsk Talagi).

At present, Red Wings operates four A320-200s, four A321-200s, and four Tu-204-100s while Nordavia operates nine B737-500s with one B737-700 due for induction later this year.
