Skyway CR (GCS, San José Juan Santamaría) has begun commercial passenger flight operations using a Let 410UVP-E20 Turbolet.
The Costa Rican carrier said in a statement that effective October 17, it offers charter as well as scheduled passenger flights from its San José Juan Santamaría base to Puerto Jiménez and Drake Bay in Southern Costa Rica as well as Quepos, Fortuna Arenal and Guanacaste/Tamarindo. It also connects Arenal to Liberia and Quepos. Internationally, it also connects San José to Bocas del Toro in Panama.
Aside from commercial flight operations, Skyway also offers helicopter rides, ground transport, and car rental. It is one of four carriers to have entered the Costa Rican market this year the others being Costa Rica Green Airways, TAC Airlines (Costa Rica), and Aerobell Airlines.
