Contact Air (Stuttgart) has lost its main customer Lufthansa (LH/Frankfurt Intl) that has announced the cancellation of the wet-lease agreement for six Fokker 100s by October 2012. Contact Air also currently operates two Fokker 100s on behalf of Lufthansa subsidiary Swiss (LX/Zurich) and employs 90 staff. It is unclear if and how Contact Air will continue operations.
