Executive Airlines (Puerto Rico) (San Juan Luis Muñoz Marin) has returned all of its twelve ATR 72-500s as well as eight of its 27 ATR 72-200s to the lessors already as part of the chapter 11 restructuring plans for its parents American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth) and American Eagle Airlines (Dallas/Fort Worth). It no longer operates ATR 72 services on behalf of American from Dallas/Fort Worth and will terminate all operations at Miami International until November 2012. It is expected to continue to operate with some of the aircraft from its homebase at San Juan Luis Muñoz Marin.
