Volga-Dnepr Airlines (VI, Ulyanovsk Vostochny) has finalized the acquisition of a 49% stake in ACG Air Cargo Germany (Frankfurt Hahn). The two carriers plan to jointly operate new routes to North America which both, Volga-Dnepr's scheduled cargo carrier AirBridgeCargo (RU, Ulyanovsk Vostochny) and Air Cargo Germany, do not yet serve.
