WestJet (WS, Calgary) has finalized an order for twenty DHC-8-400s with deliveries due to start in the second half of 2013 when it plans to launch a new regional carrier. This follows a Letter of Intent between Bombardier Aerospace (BBA, Montréal Trudeau) and Westjet previously already announced in May. Westjet has also secured 25 options for additional aircraft.
