Air Mantra (Delhi International) is a new domestic regional carrier in India planning to start twice daily service between Amritsar and Chandigarh on July 23 using Beech 1900D VT-REN (MSN UE410). It has plans to add Dharamsala and Jammu as its next two destinations.
