Falcon Express Cargo Airlines (Dubai International) as well as Nesma Airlines (NE, Cairo International) and Qatar Airways (QR, Doha Hamad International) and several consortia formed by Saudi investors in cooperation with foreign carriers AlMasria Universal Airlines (UJ, Cairo International), Bahrain Air (Bahrain International), Gulf Air (GF, Bahrain International) and Hainan Airlines (HU, Haikou) all will have to wait longer for a decision on a single foreign carrier domestic license that the Saudi-Arabian General Authority for Civil Aviation plans to issue. A decision for one of the carriers that would then be allowed to operate domestic and international services from Saudi-Arabia is now not expected until February with services potentially starting from April 2013.
