Humo Air (HJ, Tashkent International) will launch with two A320-200s wet-leased from Fly2Sky (F6, Sofia) given delays in the delivery of it first in-house aircraft.

The Bulgarian ACMI/charter specialist said the contract would commence this month and continue at least through March 2024. The first aircraft, LZ-MDI (msn 3378), was ferried from Sofia to Tashkent International on December 12, 2023, Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows. Fly2Sky did not respond to ch-aviation's request for comment regarding the second A320's deployment plans.

The Uzbek carrier plans to begin scheduled flights on domestic routes in Uzbekistan on December 15, 2023. The revamped domestic regional airline, which is now planning to operate as an LCC under new ownership, initially aimed to have an in-house fleet of three A320s at launch.

The ch-aviation fleets module shows that Fly2Sky operates four A320-200s, of which two are currently wet-leased to World Atlantic Airlines (WL, Miami International) and one to United Nigeria Airlines (UN, Enugu). The airline also has one parked A321-200.
