Cat Aviation (CAZ, Zurich) has taken delivery of the world's first ultra-long-range Dassault Falcon 6X, namely HB-JTO (msn 5).

The aircraft was ferried after connectivity outfitting by Satcom Direct at Little Rock directly to Zurich on February 21, 2024. It has been operating flights around Europe since February 29.

"As a Dassault Aviation aircraft operator for more than 20 years, we are very proud to be the world's first Falcon 6X operator. In 2008, we were also one of the first Falcon 7X operators. Our fleet has grown steadily, and we have become the largest Dassault Falcon operator in Switzerland. It goes without saying that our loyal and long-time CAMO, crew and flight operations teams have gained huge experience in operating Dassault Falcon aircraft," founder Helene Niedhart said.

The type, derived from the cancelled Falcon 5X model, was certified in August 2023.

Cat Aviation currently operates two Falcon 2000LXS, two Falcon 7X, one PC-24, and one Gulfstream G650ER aircraft.
