Jetica (JTC, Moscow Vnukovo) expanded the fleet in the second half of 2024 with the addition of the first Global Express and Global Express XRS jets, despite ongoing Western sanctions, ch-aviation research reveals.

The latest addition, Global Express XRS RA-73597 (msn 9314), was first active on October 25, 2024, flying from Ankara Esenboga to Baku Heydar Aliev International before continuing to Moscow Vnukovo the following day, where it is now based.

Originally registered in the United States, the 16.4-year-old aircraft, then registered as N984DC, flew from Wilmington New Castle to Istanbul Atatürk on July 20. It was registered in Türkiye on August 8 by Black Eagle, a Turkish company that no longer holds an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC). The jet became active again on September 14, flying to Rouen under the Sanmarinese registration T7-KNH, operated by another Turkish company, STE Havacilik Denizcilik. It returned to Istanbul Atatürk the following day and was last active as T7-KNH on September 18 on a flight to Ankara Esenboga.

Recently, Black Eagle has also been listed as the operator of Global Express XRS T7-SNCR (msn 9378), parked at Istanbul Atatürk since December 29. Meanwhile, STE Havacilik Denizcilik previously operated another Global Express XRS, T7-ABC (msn 9193), which has since been exported to Russia and is now flying as RA-73584. The aircraft began operations under Russian registration on January 9, 2025, travelling between Ankara Esenboga and Baku Heydar Aliev International before continuing to Moscow Vnukovo later that day. The operator of this aircraft is currently unknown.

Both Black Eagle and STE Havacilik Denizcilik are chaired by Turkish citizen Tarkan Ser. When contacted by ch-aviation regarding Black Eagle's future, Ser stated there are no plans to resume charter operations, with the company now focusing on brokering and sales, and added that T7-SNCR is set to be sold to a Turkish company. Ser is the owner of a French football club FC Rouen.

A month before the addition of RA-73597, Jetica also inducted Global Express RA-73544 (msn 9083). The aircraft began operations on September 25, 2024, with a flight from Ankara Esenboga to Moscow Vnukovo, where it is now based.

The 24-year-old aircraft was previously operated by Alex Jets San Marino, first as T7-ALEX2, and then as T7-RSTIS. On August, it changed operators to a company established in the British Virgin Islands, retaining the same registration. It last flew as T7-RSTIS on August 21, between Istanbul Atatürk and Ankara Esenboga.

These two additions join five other executive jets in the fleet of Jetica, including two Challenger 850s, a Global 5500, a Legacy 650, and a Hawker 800XP (imported from the Sanmarinese and Turkish registries earlier in 2024). Of these, only the Bombardier Business Aircraft are not included under the company's AOC, being available solely for non-commercial operations.

Jetica is fully owned by one Darya Izmaillova and Sergey Trifonov is the company’s general director.
