Gestair Private Jets (GES, Madrid Barajas) has added a brand new G700, marking the type’s introduction to the group’s fleet, ch-aviation research reveals.
EC-OJM (msn 87047) is the first G700 registered in Spain. The ultra-long-range jet was delivered on April 3, 2025, to Santiago de Compostela, directly from the production facilities of Gulfstream Aerospace at Savannah International.
This G700 joins six additional Gulfstream jets in Gestair's fleet, including two G550s, two G650s, and two G650ERs. The group's Maltese division, Gestair Aviation Malta, operates three Gulfstream aircraft, namely a G450, a GVII-G500 (added in the third quarter of 2024), and a G650. Gestair's total fleet now stands at 37 aircraft, including additional units manufactured by Bombardier Business Aircraft, Dassault Aviation, Embraer Executive Jets, and Pilatus Aircraft.
Meanwhile, private equity firm Hyperion Fund, which recently began negotiations to acquire a controlling stake in Gestair, is now in the advanced stages of finalising the deal, according to local media.
