Flight Options (Australia) (Sunshine Coast) is set to commence Learjet operations with the addition of a first Learjet 45(XR), ch-aviation research reveals.

The 25.3-year-old aircraft, VH-LJX (msn 45-056), was registered to Flight Options on April 3. It was previously operated privately by 360 Aero Space, which is also a CASA Part 119 air transport-certified carrier. The jet was last active on February 25 flying between Melbourne Essendon, where it was based, and Sunshine Coast.

Following this addition, Flight Options' fleet now includes the newly added Learjet 45(XR), a Citation II, a Citation Bravo, a Citation X, a Falcon 2000(LX), a Phenom 300, and a Phenom 300E. The Citation II and the Dassault Aviation aircraft are not available for charter. It is not currently known whether the Learjet 45(XR) will be exclusively managed or also offered for charter.
