Arcus Air (AZE, Mannheim) has inducted its first E145, D-AMME (msn 145070), to operate executive charters on behalf of its parent virtual carrier, Travelcoup (Zurich).
The 26.8-year-old regional jet configured for up to 22 passengers in an executive layout operated under Arcus Air's 'AZE' code for the first time on March 22, 2025, when it was ferried from Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden to Zweibrücken. It then flew to Düsseldorf on April 4 and has been active regularly since then.
The E145 is currently deployed predominantly on Travelcoup's scheduled executive charter flights out of Munich and Zurich. It joins the operator's fleet of four Phenom 100s and two Phenom 300s.
The aircraft was operated on behalf of Travelcoup under the same registration by Heron Aviation (HRN, Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg, CH) until January. Following the transfer, Heron Aviation no longer operates any Embraer aircraft, its fleet comprising one Citation Jet, one Citation M2, two Citation Mustangs, one Citation XLS+, one Falcon 8X, one Falcon 900EX, and one Falcon 900LX.
Travelcoup also charters a single 16-seat E135 from Air Charter Scotland (EDC, Perth Scone), which is due to be transferred to Arcus Air by June 2025. The Swiss virtual carrier, which acquired Arcus Air in December 2024, does not have its own air operator's certificate (AOC).
