TAME Ecuador (Quito International) has resumed regional domestic services from both Guayaquil and Quito International to Loja from December 17 after the airport had been closed since August for runway repair and extension work. It operates up to three daily E190 services from Quito and up to two daily ATR 42-500 services from Guayaquil where it competes with SAEREO - Servicios Aéreos Ejecutivos (Quito Mariscal Sucre (Old)) which offers two daily E120 services on the route.
