Airavat, a subsidiary of Dubai-based shipping outfit Transworld Group, has added a first Falcon 2000DX. The jet is expected to be placed on the air operator's certificate (AOC) of SybaJet San Marino in June 2025, alongside two of Airavat's three Hawker 4000s.
The newly added Dassault Aviation aircraft, T7-VKR (msn 604), is 16.2 years old and configured for up to nine passengers. Previously operated privately, it was last active on February 21, completing a roundtrip between Dubai International and Fujairah.
Airavat, which does not hold an AOC, has a fleet of three Hawker 4000s available for charter. Two are registered in San Marino and placed on the AOC of DC Aviation San Marino, while the third is currently listed under the non-scheduled operator's permit (NSOP) of Fly Sirius, an Indian-based joint venture between Airavat and Sirius India Airlines Pvt. Ltd.
SybaJet San Marino confirmed to ch-aviation that three of Airavat's aircraft, the Falcon 2000DX and two Hawker 4000s, T7-TJ104 (msn RC-25) and T7-TJ184 (msn RC-72), will be transferred to its AOC in June. SybaJet San Marino currently operates a single G650 after the retirement of a Pilatus PC-24 that had been operated on behalf of Silver Aviation. The company is actively sourcing another PC-24 as a replacement.
After this move, the DC Aviation group will cease operating Hawker Beechcraft aircraft. DC Aviation San Marino's fleet also includes a Falcon 6X, three Global Express XRS, and two Global 7500s.
The addition of the Falcon 2000DX to Airavat's fleet follows earlier reports from the Indian media that the company's joint-venture, Fly Sirius, is in advanced discussions with Textron Aviation to acquire twenty Citation Longitude jets.
