Blue Skies Aviation (NJZ, Reno/Tahoe) has ceased Part 135 operations with Dassault Aviation aircraft following the retirement of a Falcon 50, ch-aviation research shows.
The 31.6-year-old aircraft, N28US (msn 242), is configured for up to nine passengers and had been operated by Blue Skies Aviation since 2023. It remained active until March 31, flying twice thereafter under the company's 'NJZ' code, most recently on May 22 between Las Vegas Henderson and Van Nuys.
Following this phase out, Blue Skies Aviation's executive jet charter fleet solely comprises Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft, namely two G200s. The company's Part 135 certificate also includes a King Air B200. A third G200, formerly on the Part 135 fleet of Elevate Jet (LVT, Bedford, MA), has begun operations under Blue Skies Aviation's 'NJZ' code, although it is not currently Part 135-certified.
In addition to executive charter services, Blue Skies Aviation also offers aircraft management, sales, and medical evacuation flights.
