Safari Plus (Dar es Salaam) has taken delivery of a first executive jet, a brand-new Pilatus PC-24.
The aircraft, 5H-SPF (msn 572), was ferried from the production facilities of Pilatus Aircraft at Buochs to Kilimanjaro between June 18 and 21, routing via Irakleion, Luxor, and Djibouti.
The Pilatus PC-24 joins Safari Plus' fleet of two Cessna 208Bs, a King Air B350, and a Beech 1900D. The company’s website still lists a second Beech 1900D, although this aircraft was deregistered earlier this year.
Safari Plus' first executive jet will be deployed on executive charter flights alongside the King Air B350. The company also operates scheduled services to multiple destinations within Tanzania and neighbouring East African countries, including Kenya and Rwanda, using the Cessna 208Bs and Beech 1900D turboprops.
