Elite Air (United States of America) (ELZ, St. Petersburg/Clearwater) has announced the addition of a first Citation Jet 2+ to its charter fleet.

The 15.8-year-old aircraft, N713YD (msn 525A-0455), is configured for up to six passengers and is based at Jacksonville Craig, FL. It was previously operated under the Part 135 certificate of SkyLife Elite (Jacksonville Craig, FL), where it was the sole unit of the type.

Elite Air's Part 135 fleet had not included a Citation Jet-series aircraft since at least 2018. This newly inducted Citation Jet 2+ joins the company's charter certificate, which already comprises another Cessna Aircraft Company jet, a Citation XLS, alongside a Learjet 40(XR), a Learjet 40XR, two Challenger 300s, a Challenger 350, a Challenger 3500, a Challenger 605, a Global Express, a Global 5500, a G200, a G450, a Praetor 600, a Legacy 600, two Legacy 650s, two Hawker 800XPis, two Hawker 850XPs, a Hawker 900XP, and a King Air B300.
