First Nation Airways (Lagos) CEO Kayode Odukoya has criticised Nigeria's Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for not updating its website to reflect his December 2023 acquittal in the Special Offences Court in Lagos, which cleared him of fraud, forgery, and theft charges. He said the omission continues to damage his reputation. The court had dismissed all counts, declaring that the EFCC's case "collapsed like a pack of cards" due to unreliable and inadmissible evidence. Odukoya condemned the EFCC’s inaction as an "unjust extension of a media trial."
