Eclair (ECC, Prague Václav Havel) has added a first Learjet 75, in line with the plans CEO Michal Laboutka revealed to ch-aviation in an exclusive interview earlier this year.
The 8.9-year-old jet, registered as OK-MBS (msn 75-074) on October 17, is configured for up to nine passengers and has yet to enter service with Eclair.
Formerly operated privately under French ownership and registered as M-JPEB in the Isle of Man, the aircraft remained active until June 28, 2024, when it flew between Barcelona El Prat and Strasbourg Enzheim, where it was based. Since then, it has completed four flights, including two in 2025, namely a test flight in April, and a ferry flight to Cologne/Bonn on August 8, where it remains parked.
Eclair had previously operated a Learjet 60XR between 2018 and 2019. The newly added Learjet 75, currently the sole Learjet registered in Czechia, joins a Challenger 605 inducted in March and in service since July, a Global 6000, a G200, and a G280.
In July, Laboutka described the Learjet 75 as a “a niche market in Europe, but a very nice one,” adding that Eclair plans to induct additional entry-level jets or turboprops in the near future.
